One and a half years ago, a small dairy company, GAZER LLP, began operations in Aktobe. The idea to establish the company came from Tolepbay Anuar Zeyneshuly, founder of CompasTeleCom, driven by a desire to develop domestic production and manufacture natural fermented dairy products that meet the needs of consumers in the region.

At the initial stage, the company operated with a team of three employees at a rented production facility in Aktobe. Production began on a small scale, with the main priorities being to refine production technologies, develop a product range, and find the first customers. This was how the “Bizdin Tandau” brand was created. Today, a variety of dairy products under this brand are available on the shelves of local retail chains and stores, including Anvar, Dina, and B+. Today, the company produces a wide range of dairy and fermented dairy products, combining traditional recipes with modern technologies. The product range includes ayran, sour cream, cottage cheese, kurt, butter and clarified butter, yogurt, suzbe, and other products. Expanding the sales geography required new solutions. Proper storage conditions and timely delivery are particularly important for dairy products. Therefore, the company pays close attention to logistics development, including the use of its own refrigerated vehicles. At the same time, the company continues to explore new markets and potential business partners. Its plans include strengthening its presence in the region and expanding deliveries to other cities, including Atyrau and Aktau.

In June 2026, GAZER LLP received financing under the “Orleu” program with the support of ForteBank JSC through the “Guarantee Fund 1” instrument. The funds were used to purchase the necessary equipment, construction materials for a new production facility, and a cargo vehicle for product deliveries. This support helped the company expand its production capabilities, develop its logistics infrastructure, and implement a project to launch a new milk-processing facility.

In September 2026, GAZER LLP launched a new milk-processing facility in the village of Kosestek, Kargaly District. The opening of the facility marked an important stage in the company's development and allowed it to expand its operations beyond its urban production site. The new facility is designed to process milk supplied by local farms and households. The projected production capacity is up to three tons of milk per day. The launch of the facility is also expected to create approximately 20 new jobs in the rural area. Locating the production facility in Kosestek creates additional opportunities for local raw-material suppliers. Processing milk directly in the district contributes to the development of local production, supports employment, and generates additional economic activity in the rural area. Today, seven people work at the company's production facility in Aktobe. The launch of the new facility opens up prospects for further team expansion and increased production volumes.

The main goal of GAZER LLP is to further increase production volumes and expand its sales geography. In the future, the company plans to enter new markets across Kazakhstan, increase the number of retail outlets, and create additional jobs. The company's long-term objective is to build a sustainable, modern production operation capable of competing in the wider national market. At the same time, its key priority will remain the production of high-quality, natural, and fresh dairy products.

For GAZER LLP, development is not limited to increasing production capacity. The company continues to improve its product range, strengthen relationships with retail partners, and increase awareness of the “Bizdin Tandau” brand. The company's work has also received recognition at both regional and national levels. In 2025, the company became a winner of the “Best Product of Kazakhstan” competition, while in 2026 it reached the final of the “One Village - One Product” project. The launch of the new facility in Kosestek became another important step in the development of the young enterprise. From a small team and its first batches of products, the company has grown to expand its production, enter new markets, and create jobs. The story of GAZER LLP demonstrates how entrepreneurial initiative, consistent work, and access to government support instruments can help turn production projects into reality. Today, the company continues to develop the “Bizdin Tandau” brand, expand its milk-processing capabilities, and strengthen the position of domestic products in the market.
