“When we first started, our main goal was to earn our customers' trust and prove the quality of our products. Gradually, we expanded production, improved our technologies and explored new areas of business. Today, we continue to grow, increase operational efficiency and expand our capabilities,” says the company's head, Recep Chavdar.The company's growth has been accompanied by an increase in order volumes, requiring continuous investment in raw materials and components. To ensure uninterrupted production and fulfill customer commitments on time, the company needs to maintain sufficient inventory, particularly during periods of peak seasonal demand.

In 2025, Starplast R LLP approached Bank CenterCredit JSC for financing to replenish its working capital. However, insufficient collateral became an obstacle to obtaining a loan. A solution was found through cooperation with the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund.

Under the Guarantee Fund 1 program, the Damu Fund provided a state guarantee covering 61% of the collateral shortfall. This enabled the company to secure the necessary financing and allocate the funds toward maintaining and further developing its operations.

“Thanks to the support of the Damu Fund, we were able to resolve the collateral issue and obtain the funds needed for further development. This kind of assistance truly opens up new opportunities for entrepreneurs and gives them confidence in the future,” said Recep Chavdar.

The financing enabled Starplast R LLP to purchase the necessary components on time, build up inventory ahead of the seasonal demand peak, strengthen its market position, expand its product range and significantly increase daily production volumes.
