In 2014, Saltanat Tasmagambetov, the director of «Educational-clinical center» participated in the project «Training of top management of small and medium businesses». At the “Nazarbayev University”, where project is realized she studied the new models of building successful business, which were presented at examples of business cases from successful Kazakhstani enterprises. Saltanat’s Educational-clinical center deals with retraining and professional development of medical professionals. After completing the project businesswoman take out a loan from JSC "Sberbank of Russia" under 40% guarantee of "Damu" Fund. The interest rate on entrepreneur’s loan subsidized by the state up to 7%.
