Terms of Participation in the Programs of "Damu" Fund

Dear entrepreneurs, when participating in government programs implemented by "Damu" Fund, the following conditions must be observed:

Project Compliance with Program Requirements:

The type of activity and the purpose of the project must strictly comply with the terms of the government program.

Targeted Use of Credit Funds:

Credit funds must be directed exclusively to the declared purposes with the provision of documents confirming payment, receipt, and use of assets, works, or services.

Credit funds must be used only in non-cash form:

Cash payments are not allowed.

Implementation period for investment projects — up to 2 years.:

Projects aimed at construction, modernization of fixed assets, purchase of equipment, and other must be implemented within 24 months from the date of participation.

Restrictions on the acquisition of assets from affiliated persons:

Under a number of programs, credit funds cannot be used to purchase assets from related or affiliated persons.

Fulfillment of Counter Obligations:

Fulfillment of obligations for creating jobs, increasing tax payments and income must be carried out within the time limits established by the respective government program.

Restriction on imported assets:

Under a number of programs, there is a prohibition on the acquisition of investment assets of imported production, with the exception of assets for which there are no analogues from domestic producers.

Continuation of entrepreneurial activity:

Entrepreneurial activity must not be terminated or suspended in tax authorities during the period of participation in the program.

In case of violation of these requirements

"Damu" Fund has the right to:

Suspend subsidizing;
Request the return of previously transferred subsidies;
Annul or reduce the guarantee;
Demand the replacement of funds with a transition to market financing conditions and apply penalty sanctions;

Compliance Monitoring and Control

On-site Inspection

Assessment of project compliance with program conditions is carried out by Fund employees authorized to conduct monitoring, including on-site visits to the implementation location.

Monitoring is also carried out through the "DAMU monitoring" mobile application, which allows for visual assessment of the entrepreneur's assets without an on-site visit to the business location.
