1. Strategic directions of the development of the Fund
In order to realize its mission and vision, the Damu Fund will work on two key strategic directions of development:
1. Support and development of start-up and active entrepreneurs:
Expansion of micro-business lending, development and implementation of support tools for MFIs and credit partnerships
Increase in the proportion of coverage of existing IHR financial programs of the Fund
Increasing the cost-effectiveness of supported IHR
2. Sustainable institutional development of the Fund:
Attracting additional sources of funding
Achieving the planned level of financial performance
Automation of business processes
Enhancing the level of corporate governance
