Target segment	The subjects of small and medium business (SMEs), which are such in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and implementing their projects in the sphere of manufacturing industry and services in accordance with the Annex
The maximum limit for one ultimate borrower	1 850 000 000 KZT
Loan term	on loans granted for the purpose of acquiring new ones, creation and modernization of fixed assets - not more than 120 months;
Loan term	for loans issued for replenishment of working capital - not more than 36 months.
Purpose of the Loan	acquisition of new ones, creation and modernization of fixed assets of MSPP projects in the sphere of manufacturing and services;
Purpose of the Loan	Replenishment of working capital of SME projects in the food and manufacturing industries.
Participants in the Program can not be small and medium-sized enterprises	implementing projects that provide for the release of excisable goods;
	legal entities, the founders (including participants, shareholders) of which are the national managing holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty or more percent of shares (participatory interests in the authorized capital) of which are directly or indirectly owned by the state, the national managing holding, national holding company, national company, as well as non-profit organizations.

It is prohibited to provide loans to End borrowers	for the purpose of participating in the authorized capital of legal entities;
	compensation for previously incurred costs;
	acquisition of fixed assets, assets from affiliated / related companies / individuals.
Nominal interest rate on the Loan	not more than 6% per annum.
