Purpose
|
Financing of SME leasing transactions under concluded financial leasing agreements in accordance with the program terms and Credit Agreement. Financing of SMEs under sale-leaseback and secondary leasing is permitted;
Leased asset - property acquired by the Partner from the seller under a purchase agreement for subsequent transfer to SME under a financial leasing agreement. Leased assets may include equipment, specialized machinery, commercial vehicles, as well as passenger cars manufactured in the Republic of Kazakhstan. All specified types of property must be domestically produced (manufactured in the Republic of Kazakhstan). A cost limit of no more than 3,500 (three thousand five hundred) MCI per unit applies to passenger cars except for acquisition of vehicles intended for cargo transportation having a body or cargo platform separate from the cabin.

Maximum financing limit per SME entity
|
No more than 1,000,000,000.0 KZT for leasing companies
No more than 20,000 monthly calculation indices for microfinance organizations
At the same time, through SME's advance payment, the total amount of the financial leasing agreement may exceed 1,000,000,000 KZT (for leasing companies)/20,000 MCI (for microfinance organizations).
The aggregate balance of SME's principal debt to leasing companies must not exceed 1,000,000,000 KZT, and for microfinance organizations no more than 20,000 MCI

Advance payment amount
|
At least 15% of the leased asset value. Changes to the advance payment amount relative to the leased asset value due to currency rate fluctuations are permitted.

|
Interest rate
|
Determined by the Fund's Board decision and calculated as the Loan interest rate (Placement rate) increased by no more than 4 (four) percentage points, but not exceeding 12.6% per annum.
|
|
Leasing transaction term
|
- No more than 84 months
|
|
Grace period for principal repayment
|
Established by the authorized body of the financial institution, but no more than 24 (twenty-four) months from the loan issuance date, in case of SME financing in the form of credit line - from the date of first tranche.
|
|
Grace period for interest repayment
|
Established by the authorized body of the financial institution, but no more than 12 (twelve) months, unless otherwise determined by the Fund's Board decision.
|
|
Prohibited loan purposes for individual SME
|
- subleasing;
- acquisition of passenger cars except:
acquisition of vehicles intended for cargo transportation having a body or cargo platform separate from the cabin;
with market value exceeding 3500 MCI per unit, but not exceeding the loan amount specified in the "Limit amount per SME" column of this Product 2;
- entrepreneurs' projects implemented in activities specified in paragraph 4 of Article 24 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Other conditions for SME loans (consent of final borrowers to provide information and documents to the Fund, for monitoring etc.) are defined in the credit agreement. The Fund may establish additional financing conditions.
