Target group

Women classified as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the form of: individual entrepreneurship without forming a legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

legal entities:

  • with a share of women(s) in the authorized capital of at least 51 (fifty-one) % (for LLP);
  • a major shareholder of 51 (fifty-one) or more percent of voting shares of which belongs to a woman(s) (for JSC);
  • where a woman is the first head of a legal entity for at least 1 (one year).

Loan term 

  • For investments - no more than 84 (eighty-four) months
  • To replenish working capital - no more than 36 (thirty six) months

Training

Completion of educational courses European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with receipt of a certificate of completed training within the 1st (first) year from the date of receipt of a loan from the Bank at the expense of the Program funds

Other conditions

Subjects of women's entrepreneurship:

1)  can take part in subsidies and guarantees if they meet the requirements of the State Program.

2)   cannot simultaneously receive loans from different Banks at the expense of the Program funds.

Any sectors of the economy, except:
- sector K "Financial and insurance activities";
- sector L "Real estate operations";
- sector G "Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles";
- sector F "Construction";
- sectors of oil and gas production, refining (including processing), transportation (transmission and distribution), storage and use for electricity generation (except for own consumption).
