The base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan plus four percent

Forty percent of the nominal interest rate

Counter obligations

For investment projects:

  • Creation of new jobs at the rate of one job for each one hundred million tenge of the loan, but not less than one job per project, based on the results of two financial years following the year in which state support measures were provided
  • Mandatory increase in income not lower than the level of accumulated inflation based on the results of one financial year and on an annual basis until the end of the subsidy period

For replenishment of working capital:

  • Mandatory increase in income and the payroll fund not lower than the level of accumulated inflation based on the results of one financial year and on an annual basis until the end of the subsidy period
