Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) announces the transition to electronic procurement from December 2015. In this regard, all potential suppliers/suppliers involved in the Fund's procurement procedures must obtain an electronic digital signature from the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and register on the electronic portal (http://eep.mitwork.kz/)
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On some measures to optimize the management system of development institutions, financial organizations and the development of the national economy" No. 571 dated 05/22/2013 and the order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2013 No. 630 "On some issues of state ownership" a block of shares of JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund Damu (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was transferred to Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC.
In accordance with subparagraph 30-1) of Article 1 and subparagraph 1) of Article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011 "On State Property", an Order was issued by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - No. 1201 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2019 on approval, from January 01, 2020, of new Rules for the procurement of goods, works, services by national management holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty or more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) of which directly or indirectly belong to the national management holding, a national holding company, a national company.
