Recruitment is conducted on an ongoing competitive basis in accordance with the following procedure:

Vacancy Announcement In the event of vacant positions, vacancies are published on the Unified Career Portal of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint Stock Company.

Preliminary Screening The Human Resources Department conducts an initial screening of applicants. Candidates who successfully pass this stage are invited to an interview and/or professional knowledge assessment.

Competition Results Following the competition, applicants who have successfully completed all stages will be invited for employment with Entrepreneurship Development Fund “DAMU” Joint Stock Company.
